Meet the farmer: The cocoa we buy grows close to the northeast coast of the island, with its volcanic soils and idyllic beaches. Our cocoa has an interesting brown fruit flavours compared to the usual liquorice, blackcurrant notes found in cocoa from this island, which is why we wanted to showcase it as a guest bar.

Discover the Island: The island is in the middle of the cocoa-growing zone situated in the Caribbean off the north coast of South America. The cocoa industry has grown well on this island in the last 20 years, and we can see why, as the cocoa is interesting and complex.
