When a heat wave strikes, look no further than a delicious ice-cold chocolate drink to keep you cool and satisfy your Firetree desires at the same time.
TAKE
a pack of Firetree's hot chocolate (we used our Vanuatu, Malekula Island 72% cocoa hot chocolate in this recipe).
MELT
35g-50g of the chocolate pieces in 25ml of just-boiled water. Stir and leave to cool for 3 minutes.
ADD
ice cubes to a glass. Pour over your melted chocolate. Stir in 200ml of chilled milk of your choice, until well combined.
TOP
with ice cream, softly-whipped double cream, or simply, a sprig of fresh mint (optional).
